Meet the Professional Services team
The team brings nearly 50 years of combined experience in academic research and technology transfer. They have a wealth of experience in all areas of technology transfer operations — from disclosure intake, through patenting, to licensing — which they use to help clients fully leverage all of Minuet’s functionality.
Karen joined Inteum Company in 2017 as an account manager serving clients in the Eastern US Region. During her 11 years working in academic technology transfer, Karen utilized Inteum products as a client at three different organizations with offices ranging in size from 3–20+ tech transfer professionals. She’s managed all aspects of technology transfer operations from disclosure to patent docketing to agreement and federal compliance, and has previously acted as a private consultant for hospital/research technology transfer offices.

A long-time Inteum product user and former client, Katherine was responsible for government compliance, patent docketing, disclosure intake, and metric reporting during her time in tech transfer operations.
