KEUK Annual Conference Scholarship

Inteum Company is pleased to announce the availability of one scholarship to attend the KEUK 2026 Annual Conference to be held at the ICC in Newport, Wales from 8th – 10th June 2026.

Eligibility

Applicants must be:

  • First time KEUK event attendees in the early stages of their career.
  • Employed full time by an organisation that has at least one KEUK member.
  • Organisation must be located in the UK or EU.
  • Willing to provide a blog post after the event, for marketing use by Inteum and KEUK.

The scholarship provides*:

  • Conference registration at the Member rate.
  • Round-trip travel to the conference.
  • Accommodation costs; hotels available nearby.

*Up to a maximum of GBP 1500.

This scholarship includes all meals offered as part of the cost of the event, including social events. Other meals and drinks will not be paid for by this award. All other costs will be borne by the recipient or their employer.

In addition, KEUK have agreed to provide the scholarship recipient with a place on the Fundamentals in Technology Transfer course in September 2026*.

Receipts must be submitted to Inteum for reimbursement no later than thirty (30) days after the conference ends. Inteum will pay out the award promptly upon receipt of approved receipts.

Completed applications must be received by Inteum no later than Friday, 17th April 2026 to be included in the draw.

Applicants may apply by completing the written application part of this form and e-mailing the entire form to Dave Waddell, VP, Inteum Company (davidw@inteum.com).

The scholarship winner will be selected by random draw conducted by Rob Sloman, CEO and founder of Inteum Co. LLC. on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026.

Scholarship awardee will be notified by the end of business Thursday, 23rd April 2026.

*The place on the Fundamentals of Technology Transfer course is non-transferable.

Recipients must make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation.

Recipients must be willing to provide a blog post after the course for marketing use by KEUK.
