Rob Sloman, Founder & CEO of Inteum
In 1992, Rob founded Inteum Company which is the pioneer in offering technology transfer management software to the technology transfer community. Prior to founding Inteum, Rob was President of Washington Research Foundation, a technology transfer non-profit in Seattle, Washington from 1987 to 1992.
Hope Hartman, Director of Business Development
Hope joined the Inteum team in May 2008 with four years of experience in technology transfer. Most recently she worked for University of Washington Center for Commercialization C4C (formally UW Tech Transfer) in Business Development and Communications. While working at C4C, she helped build the LaunchPad Program whose primary goal was to catalyze ventures based on university innovations.

Ruth Gallion, Office Manager
Ruth joined the Inteum Team in April 2004. Prior to coming on board with Inteum Ruth worked at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, PathoGenesis in Seattle before they were bought by Chiron and the Washington Research Foundation. She uses her 20+ years of office, event management, and stage management experience with organizational skills to keep everyone on track.
Jarrod Livingston, Communications and Support Specialist
Jarrod joined the team in August 2012. Before joining Inteum, Jarrod worked at Penton Media, assisting in the production of one-off E-mail campaigns and 3-step lead generation programs for their suite of editorial products targeting the IT/Developer community. Jarrod has a degree in Journalism and Technical Communication with a concentration in Public Relations.
Technical Development
Tim Hollobon, Lead Developer
Tim joined the Inteum team in 2002. Tim has over 20 years programming and manufacturing process design experience. His knowledge and skill in scripting languages, Visual C++ and ATL/COM have been a great addition to Inteum’s software development team.
Ken Zhu, Software Developer
Ken joined the Inteum team in October 2007. Ken has a Master’s Degree in Computer Systems and over 8 years of software development experience in various companies including Microsoft and GE Healthcare. His knowledge and skill in .NET programming is a great addition to Inteum’s software development team.
Tayllor Myxter, Software Developer
Tayllor joined the Inteum team in January 2012. Tayllor has over 6 years of software development experience. His skills in .NET programming are a great addition to Inteum’s software development team.
Ben Hodson, Software Developer
Ben joined the Inteum team in 2008. Ben Hodson has founded several companies over the last 8 years. He was co-founder and CTO of Venafi, Inc. (2000 -2005) a security software company focused on encryption technologies for enterprises including 8 fortune 100 customers. More recently, he co-founded Auction Trust Network, Inc. (2006), a software plug-in for eBay and other ecommerce sites, to facilitate trust and social commerce. He now is the founder of Repeatsys, a software consulting and hosting company that specializes in web-based applications. Ben holds degrees in both Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Washington.
Justin Adair, Report Writer
Justin joined the Inteum team in November 2005 with over 8 years of Crystal Reports experience. Justin began his career in Relational Database Reporting by providing Technical Support for the original creator of Crystal Reports, Seagate Software. Before joining Inteum he developed, maintained and supported hundreds of reports for companies in the Pacific Northwest and around the world.
Account Management
Steve Lott, Senior Account Manager — Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
Steve joined Inteum in September of 2011 after using Inteum for several years while working at Health Enterprise East, an NHS innovation hub in the UK. He has a solid foundation in technology transfer and information systems. Steve is based near Exeter, UK and takes on the responsibility for Inteum’s customer base and development of new business in the regions. Steve will work closely with our European partners, Inprisys Limited and Teceva Ltd.

Dave Waddell, European Representative
David is an information systems professional with over 17 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of business information systems. He spent 8 years with University of Edinburgh, UK, responsible for research, IP management and technology transfer systems. In August 2009 he founded Inprisys Ltd. to develop and market the complementary Analytics for Inteum C/S business intelligence toolset and now extends Inteum C/S services and support to licensee sites around Europe and beyond.

Britt D’Andrea, Account Manager
Britt joined the Inteum team in July 2012. She brings 12 years of experience in software support, training, implementation, and customization. Previous to coming on board her position at Harland Financial Solutions was that of liaison between customers and the development team to help ensure their needs were met. Most recently she worked with a local mortgage company where she was their software systems administrator.

Before joining Inteum she worked in the field of pre-employment and volunteer background screens; supporting, training, and implementing solutions for a variety of clients in unique onboarding situations.
