Visibility: A Case for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

 

There is no one size fits all when it comes to knowledge commercialization and standard operating procedures. Yet there are common activities in which we all engage on a daily basis. We all have relationships to manage, technologies to evaluate, and market and agreements to be negotiated.  Over the last year there have been opportunities to engage in webinars, panels and general discussions about SOPs.
