Inteum C/S® Implementation Services can be conducted via phone, email and/or an onsite visit and can include any of the following that are applicable for a Licensee:
An Implementation Questionnaire to be completed by the Licensee that defines the priorities and envisioned operational procedures for using Inteum C/S to the best advantage for the specific operation and:
- Explanation of System Settings, Security Groups and Manage Lists.
- Setup and creation of MS Word form letter templates.
- Identification and setup of initial reports.
- Initial Data Entry Procedure Guideline documentation.
If applicable we also assist with the setup of the Inventor Portal, Technology Publisher and iEdison.
