Implementation Services
Inteum C/S® Implementation Services can be conducted via phone, email and/or an onsite visit and can include any of the following that are applicable for a Licensee:
• An Implementation Questionnaire to be completed by the Licensee that defines the priorities and envisioned operational procedures for using Inteum C/S to the best advantage for the specific operation.
• Review and explanation of System Settings, My Settings, User Records, Security Groups and Manage Lists.
• Setup and creation of MS Word Form Letter Templates.
• Identification and setup of initial reports.
• Initial Data Entry Procedure Guideline Documentation.
• If applicable:
• Setup of Web Based Invention Disclosure functions.
• Setup of iEdison functions.
